  24. My favorite YA book is The Host by Stephenie Meyers. I love the story, the characters, and it had me actually sobbing in some parts. Great book!

  26. My favorite YA book EVER? I'd have to say the Mortal Instruments series by far. I'd never experienced so many emotions as I did when I read those books and they still affect me in the same way if I even think about it. (:

  27. I'm getting some great titles mentioned in these comments. I guess it is only fair to reveal my favorite YA title. Hmmm...that's a hard question. But I think the best YA I read in 2011 was Unwind by Neal Shusterman. Forgotten by Cat Patrick and The Gardener by S.A. Bodeen came in 2nd & 3rd.

  29. I really enjoyed Hunger Games, other than that I started reading the Morganville Vampires series and really enjoyed book 1 and 2 so far :) Thank you for participating in the fun!

  30. My favorite YA novel is The House of the Scorpion by Nancy Farmer because it deals with interesting issues for a YA story like cloning, drugs cartels, and organ harvesting. It's also a very entertaining read.

  36. My favorite YA book is Inside Out by Maria Snyder. It was the first dystopia I read and now I'm addicted to the genre so I will be forever grateful to that book.

  40. I would have to say City of Glass by Cassandra Clare. I have actually liked all of them but this one has been my favorite so far. They are amazing stories and I recommend them to anyone.

  43. I'm only about four chapters into the third book, but I absolutely love the Hunger Games series. I was hooked from the beginning, and even though I love adult dystpoian novels, the series has me craving more YA dystopian novels.
